1 First Press power on key and after 1 seconnd press vol dowen key
2 It will show BOLT logo Leave power button
3 Press center button ( MENU )
4 It will show android logo release all button
5 press vol up
6 It will show 4 option
7 Select Wipe data/Factory reset with VOLUME DOWN, press Power button
8 Select YES...delete all user data with VOLUME DOWN and then Press Power button
9 After format, press Power again to reboot the phone (select reboot system now)
